Services
XTILE Technologies provides technology consulting, software development, AI solutions, data services, and digital systems development. The specific scope, deliverables, and terms for each project will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information required for project execution
- Respond to communications and provide feedback in a timely manner
- Make payments according to the agreed schedule
- Ensure you have the rights to any materials you provide to us
Intellectual Property
- We retain ownership of all pre-existing intellectual property
- Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for their project
- We may retain the right to use general techniques, skills, and knowledge gained during the project
Payment Terms
- A deposit may be required before work begins
- Invoices are due within 15 days of receipt unless otherwise agreed
- Late payments may incur additional charges
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, XTILE Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Payment is required for all work completed up to the termination date.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, Assam.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
